WhatsApp API providers in the UAE compared: AED plans, Meta fees, trials and reseller options

In short
Most UAE WhatsApp API platforms charge a monthly subscription and keep Meta's per-message charges separate: Tawasel from AED 99, go4whatsup Standard at AED 149, Wa Tawasul at a flat AED 500, WABA Manager from US$95 and SleekFlow from US$49 plus a US$15 number fee. Broadchat is sold through partners who brand it and set the price. A UAE SME that wants a local vendor and Meta billed at cost has several good options; an agency that wants to resell WhatsApp under its own name is who Broadchat is built for.
Key takeaways
- Tawasel, built in Abu Dhabi, lists Starter AED 99, Growth AED 279 and Pro AED 549 a month, with a 14-day Growth trial and no card.
- Wa Tawasul, from Ci CORP Digital Marketing, lists one AED 500 a month plan and says Meta is billed directly with no markup.
- go4whatsup lists a Free Forever plan for 2 agents and a Standard plan at AED 149 a month with unlimited agents.
- WABA Manager's pricing page showed US$95, US$156 and US$215 monthly plans and a 14-day trial when we checked.
- None of the five publishes a white-label reseller programme with terms; Broadchat publishes no end-customer price because partners set it.
Information about other providers comes from their own public websites, checked on . Products and prices change; check the linked sources before you decide. Product names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify them.
How we compared
We read each provider's own website on 1 November 2026 and quote only what it publishes. Where a site did not say something, the table says 'Not stated'. Some sites change prices or currency by visitor location, and we checked from outside the UAE, so open the linked page before you decide. We do not quote other providers' per-message rates; compare them against Meta's AED rates yourself.

Tawasel
Tawasel describes itself as built in Abu Dhabi and priced for UAE teams, with billing in AED. Its pricing page lists Starter at AED 99, Growth at AED 279 (marked most popular) and Pro at AED 549 a month, 20% less billed yearly, plus add-ons for an extra WhatsApp number (AED 49 a month) and extra seats (AED 39 a month). It says subscriptions are separate from Meta's messaging charges, and its UAE pricing article says Meta's charges are passed through at cost with no markup. Trial: 14 days on Growth without a card.
Best for: a small UAE team that wants a local vendor, low AED entry pricing and Meta's charges at cost.
Wa Tawasul
Wa Tawasul is run by Ci CORP Digital Marketing, which describes itself as a Meta Verified Tech Provider in the UAE. Its pricing page lists one plan at AED 500 a month that includes an unlimited multi-agent inbox, chatbot builder, CRM integration, verification support and UAE local support, and states 'Meta Direct Billing (no markup)'. We did not find a trial on the page.
Best for: a business that prefers one flat price with everything included and help with verification from a local team.
go4whatsup
go4whatsup's UAE page lists a Free Forever plan for 2 agents, a Standard plan at AED 149 a month with unlimited agents, broadcasts, CRM sync and auto-translation, and Pro and Enterprise plans on quote; the AI chatbot is an add-on on Standard. It says Meta's message charges are separate and passed through at cost, and gives a Dubai office address with an Arabic and English team.
Best for: teams with many agents who want to start free and move to a low AED plan.
WABA Manager
WABA Manager is operated by Business Mind Marketing FZ LLC in Dubai. The pricing page we saw listed Standard at US$95 a month (US$950 a year), Business at US$156 (US$1,430 a year) and Elite at US$215 (US$1,677 a year), with a 14-day trial without a card. Other WABA Manager pages have quoted AED prices, so check the page from the UAE. It says Meta's charges are paid to Meta directly.
Best for: businesses that want AI chatbot and Google Sheets automations from a Dubai-based vendor.
SleekFlow
SleekFlow's pricing page lists Essential at US$49, Pro at US$109 and Premium at US$279 a month (20% less billed yearly), with Enterprise on quote. The WhatsApp number carries a hosting fee of US$15 a month, and messages are charged per SleekFlow's own rate card. New users get a 7-day Pro trial without a card. It lists a partner programme; we did not find white-label terms.
Best for: teams that want one omnichannel inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels and are happy with US$ pricing.
Broadchat
Broadchat is a white-label platform on the official Cloud API, sold through partners such as agencies, SMS resellers and CRM consultants who set their own plan prices and messaging rates. A business gets campaigns, a shared inbox, a visual chatbot builder, CRM and Shopify or WooCommerce connections, in an Arabic or English panel. A partner gets its own brand and domain, AED plans, its own payment collection and weekly messaging margin settlement. Partner costs are per client account and quoted on request.
Where Broadchat is weaker: no public end-customer price, no local UAE office, panel data hosted outside the UAE, no built-in WhatsApp payment collection in the UAE, and messaging is prepaid through a wallet rather than billed by Meta in your own name. If any of these matters most, one of the options above may suit you better.
Best for: agencies and resellers that want to sell WhatsApp under their own brand, and the businesses they look after. See the white-label WhatsApp API for the UAE.
How to choose
- Decide who receives Meta's bill. If you want Meta's charges at cost and visible, pick a provider that says so. If you prefer one supplier and one invoice, a wallet model is simpler.
- Price a real month. Count your utility, marketing and service messages, including those to Saudi, Kuwaiti or other foreign numbers, price them at Meta's AED rate card, then add each provider's plan.
- Count agents and numbers. Per-seat and per-number add-ons change the total for a 10-agent sales floor far more than the headline plan.
- Test Arabic. Send an Arabic template and an Arabic chatbot flow during the trial; check right-to-left display in the inbox.
- Ask about hosting if you are in government, banking or healthcare, where in-country data hosting may be required.
Whichever you choose should connect numbers through Meta's Embedded Signup on the Cloud API. A tool that asks you to scan a WhatsApp Web QR code is not the official API. The basics are on WhatsApp Business API in the UAE, and the global comparison hub covers international platforms.

Frequently asked questions
Which WhatsApp API provider is cheapest in the UAE?
On published plan prices, go4whatsup's Free Forever plan and Tawasel's AED 99 Starter were the lowest entry points on 1 Nov 2026. The real cost depends on agents, numbers and messages: price your own month at Meta's AED rates plus each plan and its add-ons before deciding.
Do UAE providers mark up Meta's charges?
Several say they do not: Tawasel, Wa Tawasul and go4whatsup describe Meta's charges as passed through at cost or billed directly, and WABA Manager says they are paid to Meta. SleekFlow charges messages from its own rate card. On Broadchat the partner sets the messaging rate over Meta's base rate.
Can I move my number from one provider to another?
Usually yes. The WhatsApp account and number belong to your Meta business portfolio, and you share it with the new provider. Approved templates and the display name stay with the account. Plan the move away from a campaign week such as Ramadan or White Friday.
Is a Wati or SleekFlow alternative cheaper for a Dubai team?
It can be, depending on team size. US$ plans with seat and number fees add up for large inboxes, while flat AED plans with unlimited agents suit busy sales floors. Compare plan, add-ons and Meta's charges together for your own team size.
