WhatsApp API providers in Qatar compared: QAR and USD plans, Meta fees, users and trials

Six WhatsApp API options Qatari businesses shortlist: published QAR and USD plans, users included, how Meta's charges are handled, trials and who each suits, with frank notes on Broadchat's gaps.

In short

Two Qatar-based platforms publish riyal prices: Netchat sells annual plans from QAR 1,000 a year for 3 users, and Taswiq sells plans from QAR 182 a month billed annually for 5 users, both with Meta's charges separate. Regional and international options include go4whatsup (free plan, then US$39 a month), respond.io (from US$79 a month) and SleekFlow (from US$49 a month plus a US$15 number fee). Broadchat is sold through partners who set the price. For a Qatari SME wanting a local vendor, the two local platforms are the obvious first calls; for an agency that wants to sell WhatsApp under its own brand, Broadchat is the one built for it.

Key takeaways

  • Netchat, built in Doha, lists Starter QAR 1,000, Silver QAR 1,750 and Gold QAR 3,000 a year, with 3 to 5 users and 1 to 4 WhatsApp connections.
  • Taswiq, a Qatar-based Meta Tech Partner, lists Startup QAR 182, Medium QAR 364 and Premium QAR 910 a month billed annually, a 14-day trial, and Meta charges at cost.
  • go4whatsup's pricing page shows a Free plan for 2 agents and Standard at US$39 a month with unlimited agents; its Qatar page names a Dubai office.
  • respond.io and SleekFlow price in US dollars with user or number add-ons, so their cost grows faster with team size.
  • None of the five publishes white-label reseller terms; Broadchat has no public end-customer price because partners set it.

Information about other providers comes from their own public websites, checked on . Products and prices change; check the linked sources before you decide. Product names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify them.

How we compared

We opened each provider's own website on 2 November 2026 and quote only what it published that day. Where a page did not say something, the table says 'Not stated'. Some sites change prices or currency by the visitor's location, and we checked from outside Qatar, so open the linked page before you decide. We do not quote any provider's own per-message rates; set them against Meta's rates for Qatari numbers yourself.

Netchat

Netchat describes itself as a 100% Qatar-built WhatsApp Business API platform on Meta's official Cloud API, with one panel for several WhatsApp numbers, a team inbox, campaigns and AI automation. Its published plans are annual: Starter QAR 1,000 a year (3 users, 1 WhatsApp connection, 5,000 contacts), Silver QAR 1,750 (4 users, 2 connections, 15,000 contacts) and Gold QAR 3,000 (5 users, 4 connections, 20,000 contacts). It says its subscription covers the platform and Meta's messaging charges are separate. The site offers a free trial without stating its length.

Best for: a small Qatari business, or a group with a few branch numbers, that wants a local vendor and a low annual price.

Taswiq

Taswiq presents itself as a Meta Tech Partner in Qatar, covering WhatsApp along with Instagram, Messenger and TikTok, with a team inbox, chatbots, broadcasts and commerce features. Its pricing page lists Startup at QAR 182 a month (up to 5 users), Medium at QAR 364 (up to 20 users, ChatGPT integration and an AI agent) and Premium at QAR 910 (up to 100 users, custom integrations and 1,000 free conversations), all billed annually, with a monthly option in US dollars. It states that Meta's messaging charges are passed through at cost, and every plan has a 14-day trial.

Best for: a growing Doha team that wants a Qatar-based vendor, many users on one plan and AI replies included higher up.

go4whatsup

go4whatsup has a Qatar page offering Arabic and English support and naming its Dubai office. Its pricing page lists a Free plan with 2 agents, Standard at US$39 a month with unlimited agents (the AI chatbot is a usage-priced add-on on Standard), and Enterprise on quote, with Meta's charges passed through at cost. The Qatar page also refers to Growth and Pro tiers that the pricing page did not show when we checked, so confirm the current plan names before you buy.

Best for: teams with many agents that want to start free and pay a low flat fee.

respond.io

respond.io is an international omnichannel platform. Its pricing page lists Starter at US$79 a month (5 users), Growth at US$159 (10 users) and Advanced at US$279 (10 users), with extra users charged per month and Enterprise on quote. It says WhatsApp fees are not included in any subscription and are charged by Meta based on usage. The trial is 7 days on Growth features for 5 users, without a card.

Best for: larger support and sales teams that run WhatsApp beside other channels and want detailed routing and reporting.

SleekFlow

SleekFlow lists Essential at US$49, Pro at US$109 and Premium at US$279 a month (20% less billed yearly), with Enterprise on quote. A WhatsApp number carries a hosting fee of US$15 a month, and messages are charged from SleekFlow's own rate card. New users get a 7-day Pro trial without a card. It lists a partner programme; we found no white-label terms.

Best for: retail and hospitality teams that want one inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook and are comfortable paying in dollars.

Broadchat

Broadchat is a white-label platform on the official Cloud API, sold through partners such as Doha agencies, web companies and SMS resellers that set their own plan prices and messaging rates. A business gets campaigns, a shared inbox, a visual chatbot builder, CRM and Shopify or WooCommerce links in an Arabic or English panel. A partner gets its own brand and domain, riyal plans, its own payment collection and a weekly messaging margin.

Where Broadchat is weaker: no public end-customer price, no office in Qatar, panel data hosted outside Qatar, no in-chat WhatsApp payment collection for Qatari clients, and messaging prepaid through a wallet rather than billed by Meta in your own name. If any of these is decisive, one of the options above may suit you better.

Best for: agencies and resellers that want to sell WhatsApp under their own brand, and the Qatari businesses they serve. See the white-label WhatsApp API for Qatar.

Choosing for a Qatari business

  1. Annual or monthly. Netchat and Taswiq's riyal prices are annual commitments; the US dollar platforms bill monthly or yearly. A seasonal business may prefer monthly.
  2. Count real users. A clinic with three receptionists fits almost any entry plan; a 15-person real estate sales floor changes the maths, especially where extra users cost more.
  3. Price your actual month. Add up utility, marketing and service messages, including those to Saudi, Kuwaiti and South Asian numbers, at Meta's rates, then add each plan.
  4. Test Arabic end to end. During the trial, send an Arabic template and an Arabic chatbot flow and check right-to-left display in the inbox and on the customer's phone.
  5. Check consent tools. Under Article 22 of Qatar's PDPPL, marketing needs prior consent and an opt-out in every message; make sure the platform can record consent and act on 'STOP'.
  6. Ask about hosting if you are a government body, a bank or a hospital that may need data kept in Qatar.

Any option you choose should connect through Meta's Embedded Signup on the Cloud API. A tool that asks you to scan a WhatsApp Web QR code is not the official API. The basics are on WhatsApp Business API in Qatar, and the global comparison hub covers other international platforms.

Frequently asked questions

Which WhatsApp API provider is cheapest in Qatar?

On published prices on 2 Nov 2026, go4whatsup's Free plan was the lowest entry point, and among Qatar-based vendors Netchat's Starter at QAR 1,000 a year works out cheapest per month. The real cost depends on users, numbers and messages, so price your own month with Meta's rates and each plan.

Is there a Qatari WhatsApp API provider?

Yes. Netchat describes itself as built in Qatar and based in Doha, and Taswiq presents itself as a Qatar-based Meta Tech Partner. Both publish riyal prices on their own sites. Several regional and international platforms also serve Qatar.

Do providers in Qatar mark up Meta's charges?

Taswiq and go4whatsup say Meta's charges are passed through at cost, Netchat and respond.io keep them separate from the subscription, and SleekFlow charges from its own rate card. On Broadchat, the partner sets the messaging rate above Meta's base.

Can I switch provider later?

Usually. The WhatsApp account and number belong to your own Meta business portfolio, and you share it with the new provider. Approved templates and the display name stay with the account. Avoid moving during Ramadan or a National Day campaign.
