Broadchat is a white-label WhatsApp Business API platform made by Nxiora, a software company based in India.
Businesses everywhere want to reach customers on WhatsApp, and the agencies and consultants they trust want to offer it. Building and running a WhatsApp platform takes a lot of engineering, Meta integration and compliance work. Broadchat does that work once, so our partners can launch their own branded platform and focus on their clients.
Partners sign up, add their brand and domain, create their plans and invite their clients. Clients get broadcasting, chatbots, a team inbox, CRM, automations, AI replies, commerce tools and mini-apps, all under the partner's name. The client panel is available in 23 languages.

How Broadchat works with WhatsApp
- Every message goes through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Broadchat uses no unofficial tools.
- Businesses connect their own number with Meta’s Embedded Signup, inside their panel.
- Where Meta supports Coexistence, a number can stay on the WhatsApp Business app while it is connected.
- Meta charges per delivered template message at its official rate card. Clients prepay messaging into their wallet at the rates their partner sets.
- Messaging limits, template approval and quality ratings are decided by Meta, and the panel shows them live for each number.
