How partner pricing works
Per client account
You pay a cost price for each client account (seat) on your plans, per billing cycle: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. It is debited from your partner wallet when a client buys or renews a plan.
Your prices, your margin
You decide what your clients pay for plans and add-ons, in your currency. The difference between your price and your cost is your margin.
WhatsApp messaging
Meta charges per delivered template message according to its WhatsApp Business pricing, which varies by country and category. Clients prepay messaging into their wallet at the rates you set.
No lock-in
Recharge your wallet when you need to. Plans are prepaid per cycle and you can stop renewing at any time.

Pricing questions
How does partner pricing work?
Partners pay a cost price per client account for each billing cycle, debited from the partner wallet when a client buys or renews a plan. You decide what your clients pay, so the difference is your margin.
Why is there no public price list?
Partner pricing depends on the number of client accounts, billing cycle and the modules you resell. Contact us for a quote that fits your plans.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges per delivered template message by category and recipient country. Clients prepay these charges into a messaging wallet at the rates their partner sets.
Are service replies charged?
Since 1 October 2026, Meta gives each business phone number 1,000 free service messages (replies inside the 24-hour window) a month and charges for service messages after that. Utility templates are charged even when the window is open.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Plans are prepaid per cycle and you can stop renewing at any time. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.
Does GST apply?
Prices exclude applicable taxes. GST may apply to payments made in India and is shown on your invoice.
