Bulk messaging without the ban risk
Unofficial bulk senders get numbers blocked. Broadchat sends through Meta’s Cloud API using templates Meta has approved, to people who opted in to hear from you.

- Marketing, utility and authentication categories
- Quality rating and messaging limit visible on each channel
- Opt-in and acceptable use policies built into onboarding
Built for real marketing workflows
Campaigns connect to your CRM so every send improves the next one.
- Segments built from tags and custom fields
- Excel and CSV uploads with column mapping
- Repeat campaigns for recurring reminders
- Replies land in the shared inbox for your team
- API-triggered campaigns from your own systems
Costs you can predict
Meta charges per delivered template message, by category and recipient country. The receiver count and your channel’s rates tell you roughly what a campaign will cost before you send it.
- Prepaid messaging wallet per channel
- Messages are not sent when the balance is too low
- Every deduction in your transaction history

FAQ
WhatsApp Broadcast: frequently asked questions
Is bulk WhatsApp messaging allowed?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API with approved templates, sent to people who have agreed to receive messages from you. Sending unsolicited messages or using unofficial tools breaks WhatsApp’s policies and can get your number restricted.
How many messages can I send per day?
Meta sets a messaging limit on each business, which controls how many unique customers you can start conversations with in a rolling 24 hours. New businesses start with a low limit that Meta raises as you keep message quality high and send more.
Why do I need a template?
WhatsApp only lets businesses start a conversation, or message someone more than 24 hours after their last message, with a template that Meta has approved.
Can I upload my contacts from Excel?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, choose the phone column and map other columns to template variables. You can also paste numbers or use CRM contacts and segments.
What does a broadcast cost?
Meta charges per delivered template message based on the template category and the recipient’s country. Your panel shows the rates for your account and deducts charges from your prepaid messaging wallet.
Can I see who read my message?
Yes. Each campaign shows sent, delivered, read, replied and failed per recipient, as long as read receipts are enabled on the recipient’s side, and you can export the report.
