FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything partners and businesses usually ask before they start. Can’t find your answer? Talk to us.

General

What is Broadchat?

Broadchat is a white-label WhatsApp Business API platform. Agencies, resellers and software companies use it to offer WhatsApp broadcasts, chatbots, a team inbox, CRM, automations and commerce tools to their clients under their own brand. Businesses can also use it through one of our partners.

Who is Broadchat for?

Two groups: partners (agencies, resellers, consultants and SaaS companies) who want to sell a WhatsApp platform under their brand, and the businesses they serve, which use the platform to talk to their customers on WhatsApp.

Is Broadchat connected to the official WhatsApp API?

Yes. Broadchat is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Numbers are connected through Meta’s Embedded Signup. Broadchat is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

Can I buy Broadchat directly as a business?

Broadchat is sold through partners, who set up plans and support for their clients. Contact us and we will point you to the right option for your business.

Which countries do you support?

Businesses can connect phone numbers from any country the WhatsApp Business Platform supports. Partners can sell in their own currency, and the panel supports many languages.

Who is behind Broadchat?

Broadchat is built and operated by Nxiora, a software company based in India.

Partners and white-label

What does white-label mean here?

Your clients use a WhatsApp platform with your name, logo, colours and domain. Login pages, emails and SMS carry your brand, and the customer panel never shows the Broadchat name.

How do I become a partner?

Apply at partner.broadchat.in/become-partner with your business details. We review each application and activate your partner panel once approved.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every partner gets a ready panel address immediately, and you can connect your own domain, such as app.yourbrand.com, by adding a CNAME record.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You create plans and add-ons with your own prices, billing cycles, limits and currency, and set the messaging rates your clients pay.

Who collects payments from my clients?

You do. Connect your own payment gateway, such as Razorpay or Stripe, or accept UPI and bank transfers. Client payments go to your account.

Can I run sub-agencies or affiliates?

Yes. The partner panel includes sub-agency and affiliate programs so you can grow through other resellers.

Do I need a technical team?

No. Branding, domains, plans, clients and billing are managed from the partner panel without code. A partner API is available if you want to automate provisioning.

Pricing and billing

How does partner pricing work?

Partners pay a cost price per client account for each billing cycle, debited from the partner wallet when a client buys or renews a plan. You decide what your clients pay, so the difference is your margin.

Why is there no public price list?

Partner pricing depends on the number of client accounts, billing cycle and the modules you resell. Contact us for a quote that fits your plans.

Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

Meta charges per delivered template message by category and recipient country. Clients prepay these charges into a messaging wallet at the rates their partner sets.

Are service replies charged?

Since 1 October 2026, Meta gives each business phone number 1,000 free service messages (replies inside the 24-hour window) a month and charges for service messages after that. Utility templates are charged even when the window is open.

Is there a lock-in?

No. Plans are prepaid per cycle and you can stop renewing at any time. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.

Does GST apply?

Prices exclude applicable taxes. GST may apply to payments made in India and is shown on your invoice.

WhatsApp API and compliance

What do I need to connect a WhatsApp number?

A Facebook login that can manage your business in Meta Business Manager (or create one during signup), a phone number that can receive a verification code, and a display name that follows Meta’s rules.

Can I keep using my number in the WhatsApp app?

In supported countries, including India, a WhatsApp Business app number can keep using the app while it is connected to the API, through Meta’s coexistence option. Otherwise the number is removed from the app first. Check Meta’s current guidance for your country before switching.

Why do I need message templates?

WhatsApp only allows businesses to start a conversation, or message someone more than 24 hours after their last message, with a template that Meta has approved.

Can I send bulk messages?

Yes, with approved templates, to people who have agreed to hear from you. Unsolicited messages break WhatsApp’s policies and can get a number restricted.

What is a messaging limit?

Meta limits how many unique customers a business can start conversations with in a rolling 24 hours. New businesses start low, and Meta raises the limit as message quality stays high and volume grows.

How do I get a verified badge?

Verification badges are granted by Meta. Completing Meta business verification is the first step; eligibility is decided by Meta, not by any software provider.

What can my clients do with the platform?

Can I schedule campaigns?

Two-factor authentication, captcha on sign-in, role-based access with custom roles, and encrypted storage of credentials such as API keys.

Where can I find your privacy policy?

Our privacy policy, terms, refund policy, data deletion instructions and acceptable use policy are linked in the footer of every page.

How do I get support?

Partners can reach us through the contact page or by email at support@broadchat.in. Businesses using a partner’s panel should contact that partner first.

How do I delete my data?

Follow the steps on our data deletion page, or ask the provider of your panel. We delete account data as described in our privacy policy.
