White-label WhatsApp API for UAE agencies, resellers and telecom partners

How a Dubai or Abu Dhabi agency, SMS reseller, CRM consultant or web host can sell WhatsApp under its own name: branding, AED plans, how money flows, margin maths, onboarding trade-licensed clients and the limits to know.

By Broadchat teamPublished 8 min read

In short

Broadchat lets a UAE company sell the official WhatsApp Business API as its own product: your logo, your domain, your plans in AED and your own payment collection. You pay Broadchat a cost price per client account, quoted on request, and keep what you charge above it. Clients prepay messaging at rates you set over Meta's rate card, and your messaging margin is settled to your partner wallet every week.

Key takeaways

  • Clients see only your brand: name, logo, colours, login page, your own domain, and emails and SMS from your own senders.
  • You price plans in AED and collect through your own Stripe account or by bank transfer; client payments reach you, not Broadchat.
  • Your cost is a price per client account per billing cycle, debited from a prepaid partner wallet and quoted on request.
  • Messaging margin is your rate minus Meta's base rate, per country and category, settled into your partner wallet weekly.
  • UAE platforms we checked publish plans from AED 99 to AED 549 a month, which gives a partner room to price a managed service.

Who this is for in the UAE

Dubai and Abu Dhabi have a dense layer of companies that already sell digital services to SMEs on retainer. Their clients ask for WhatsApp first, because that is where their customers are. This page is for:

  • Digital and performance agencies in Dubai Media City, Business Bay or Abu Dhabi that run Meta and Google ads for clients and want to own the conversation after the click, not hand the leads to a tool the client buys elsewhere.
  • SMS aggregators and telecom resellers whose enterprise clients are moving OTPs, delivery notices and promotions from A2P SMS to WhatsApp.
  • CRM and ERP consultants (Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo implementers) who want a WhatsApp inbox they can set up as part of the project.
  • Web hosts and e-commerce developers who build Shopify and WooCommerce stores and want order messages included in the package.
  • Vertical software vendors, for example real estate CRM or clinic booking systems, that want WhatsApp under their own name.

It is a poor fit if you want a one-off setup fee with no ongoing relationship. WhatsApp needs template approvals, consent lists and someone to call when a quality rating drops. Partners who do well sell it as a managed service with a monthly retainer.

What carries your brand

What your clients seeHow it works
Your company name, logo (light and dark), favicon and coloursSet once in the partner panel; on your hosts the customer panel shows no Broadchat name
Your login page and addressA ready panel address on day one, then your own domain, for example chat.youragency.ae, by CNAME or A record, with SSL issued automatically
Your emails and SMSSent through your own SMTP server and SMS gateway
Your plans and pricesPlans and add-ons with your own AED prices, billing cycles and limits
Your support deskClients raise tickets to you; you can sign in as a client to see their screen
Your menu and languageHide, rename or add menu items; the panel runs in Arabic (right-to-left) and English among 23 languages

Two things carry other names by design: Meta's Embedded Signup window is Meta's own screen, and WhatsApp messages show your client's display name, not yours.

Where the money goes

Keep three flows apart when you price:

  1. Clients pay you. You build AED plans in the partner panel, for example an Agent plan with 3 team members and a Team plan with 10, and collect through your own Stripe account (cards) or by bank transfer with proof of payment. Your own payment gateways, custom domain and own email and SMS senders come with the Growth and Enterprise partner plans. You issue your own invoices to your clients, including VAT where you are registered; check the treatment with your accountant.
  2. You pay Broadchat. For each client account you pay a cost price per billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly), debited from your prepaid partner wallet when the client buys or renews. You top up that wallet by bank transfer, or by card through Stripe where it is enabled for your account. The price depends on volume, cycle and modules and is quoted on request; ask which currency your partner wallet is billed in.
  3. Messaging runs through wallets. Each client prepays a messaging wallet at the rates you set: a percentage or flat markup over Meta's base rate for each country and category. Your margin is settled into your main partner wallet every week, late on Sunday night UAE time.

Built-in WhatsApp payment collection is not available for UAE clients. A client who wants to take payments in a chat adds a payment link from its own provider, such as its Stripe account or a local gateway, to a template button.

Margin maths (illustrative only)

Hassan runs a performance agency in Dubai with 15 clients on a WhatsApp plan he prices at AED 299 a month. Call Broadchat's quoted cost per client account C; his subscription margin is 15 × (AED 299 − C). For messaging, say his clients together send 40,000 utility messages and 10,000 marketing messages a month to UAE numbers:

CategoryMeta base (rate card effective 1 Oct 2026)Hassan's rateMargin per messageMonthly margin
Utility, 40,000AED 0.0576AED 0.0700AED 0.0124AED 496.00
Marketing, 10,000AED 0.2115AED 0.2400AED 0.0285AED 285.00
Total messaging marginAED 781.00

These figures show the arithmetic; they are not a forecast. Try your own numbers in the reseller profit calculator, and read WhatsApp API reseller pricing and margins for how other partners structure plans.

Where your price sits

On 1 Nov 2026 UAE platforms published these plan prices on their own sites: Tawasel AED 99 to AED 549 a month, Wa Tawasul AED 500 a month, go4whatsup Standard from AED 149 a month, all with Meta's charges separate. A partner who adds setup, template writing and monthly reporting can price above a self-serve plan, because the client is buying the service, not only the software. Details and sources are in WhatsApp API providers in the UAE compared.

Onboarding a UAE client

  1. Collect the business details. The legal name exactly as on the trade licence, the licensing authority (a mainland economic department or a free zone such as DMCC, Dubai South or RAKEZ), a website on HTTPS that shows that name, and the phone number to connect.
  2. Create the client account in your partner panel and assign a plan.
  3. Connect the number with the client through Embedded Signup inside the client's own Meta business portfolio, so the WhatsApp account stays theirs. Our guide to getting the WhatsApp Business API in the UAE covers verification documents.
  4. Write the first templates together: a booking or viewing confirmation (utility), a reminder (utility) and one opted-in offer (marketing), in Arabic and English.
  5. Import opted-in contacts with a tag that records where consent came from, which serves both WhatsApp's policy and the client's data protection duties.
  6. Watch the first two weeks: quality rating, template status and the messaging limit, which starts at 250 people a day for a new portfolio.

Before you sign up

  • Broadchat is not a Meta Business Solution Provider. Numbers connect through Meta's Embedded Signup and messages go through the Cloud API.
  • Panel data is hosted outside the UAE. Government, banking and some healthcare buyers ask for in-country hosting; qualify that early.
  • There is no ready-made billing-system plugin. Enterprise partners get the Partner API, which lists client accounts, reads wallet balances and moves balance from the partner wallet into a client wallet, so your developer can link it to your own invoicing.
  • Meta decides template approval, business verification, display names, badges and messaging limits. Do not promise any of them to a client.

Every partner feature is listed on the global partner program page. For end clients who want to understand what they are buying, send them to WhatsApp Business API in the UAE.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bill UAE clients in AED?

Yes. You create plans and add-ons in AED with your own prices and billing cycles and collect through your own Stripe account or by bank transfer, so client payments go to you. The messaging rates your clients pay are also yours to set over Meta's base rate.

Will my clients see the Broadchat name?

No. On your hosts the customer panel shows your name, logo and links only, emails and SMS go from your senders, and support tickets come to you. Meta's Embedded Signup window is Meta's own screen, and WhatsApp messages carry your client's display name.

What does it cost to become a partner?

You pay a cost price per client account for each billing cycle from a prepaid partner wallet. It depends on the number of client accounts, the billing cycle and the modules you resell, so it is quoted on request. Contact us with your expected client count for a quote.

Can my clients be free-zone companies?

Yes. Meta's business verification asks for official documents in the legal business name, and a free-zone licence from an authority such as DMCC or RAKEZ serves the same purpose as a mainland trade licence. Meta reviews each submission and makes the decision.

Can I offer a free trial?

Yes. The partner panel has a built-in free plan you can offer once per client for 3, 5 or 7 days, plus trial plans of your own. Meta still charges for templates sent during a trial, so give trial clients a small messaging wallet or none.

Do you support Arabic?

The panel itself is available in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and in English, Urdu, Russian, French and other languages. Templates and chatbot replies can be written in Arabic or any other language Meta supports for templates.
