Comparison
Broadchat vs AiSensy: which WhatsApp platform fits your business?
A sourced comparison for agencies and businesses choosing between Broadchat and AiSensy: who each one suits, what the white-label offers include and how pricing works.
By Broadchat teamPublished 6 min read
In short
AiSensy is a self-serve WhatsApp marketing platform you can buy online, with paid add-ons such as its chatbot builder and AI agent, and it also offers a white-labelled version to partners. Broadchat is built first for partners: a white-label platform with a partner panel for plans, client wallets, payment collection and sub-agencies, sold at a per-client cost quoted on request. Businesses that want to sign up and start alone today will find AiSensy quicker; agencies building a WhatsApp business under their own brand should compare the partner tools closely.
Verdict
Pick AiSensy if you are a single business that wants to buy a self-serve plan online and switch on add-ons yourself. Pick Broadchat if you are an agency, reseller or software company that wants to run its own WhatsApp brand: your domain and logo, your own plans and prices, client payments collected by you, and client wallets for Meta charges, all from one partner panel. Both run on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, so message delivery and Meta's own charges work the same way on either.
Choose Broadchat if
Agencies, resellers and SaaS companies that want to sell WhatsApp marketing, chatbots and a team inbox under their own brand, set their own prices and bill clients themselves.
Choose AiSensy if
Individual businesses that want to sign up online, pay for a self-serve plan and add features such as the chatbot builder or AI agent as paid add-ons.

How we compared
We read AiSensy's public pricing, integration and partner pages on the date shown above, and compared them with what Broadchat's panels do today. Where AiSensy's site does not state something, the table says "not stated" rather than guessing. Prices exclude GST. Both products change often, so use the sources at the end to confirm anything that will decide your purchase.
We build Broadchat, so read this as a vendor's comparison. We have tried to be fair: on several points, especially a free plan and published prices, AiSensy is the better choice for some buyers.
The core difference: self-serve product vs partner platform
AiSensy is designed as a product a business buys directly. You choose a plan online, and features such as the chatbot builder and AI agent are add-ons with their own monthly prices. It also runs partner programs, including an affiliate program with recurring commission and a white-labelled version of the platform for partners.
Broadchat is designed the other way round. It is sold through partners, and most of its product surface beyond the client features is the partner panel: branding and custom domains, plans and add-ons with the partner's prices, client wallets for Meta charges, the partner's own payment gateways, sub-agencies and a partner API. A business that wants Broadchat is pointed to a partner, who sets the price and provides first-line support.
For agencies and resellers
If you plan to resell, the questions that decide the choice are about running a business, not about features:
- Who collects the money? On Broadchat, clients pay the partner directly (Razorpay, Stripe, UPI or bank transfer), and the partner pays a cost price per client account.
- Who sets the prices? On Broadchat, the partner defines plans, add-ons, billing cycles and messaging rates per country. AiSensy's partner page says white-label partners control pricing but does not publish the terms.
- Can you build a reseller network? Broadchat's panel includes sub-agencies and affiliates. AiSensy's page does not describe this for white-label partners.
- How much is published? AiSensy publishes its add-on prices and per-message rates but not white-label fees; Broadchat quotes partners individually.

For a single business
If you are one business choosing a tool for yourself, AiSensy's self-serve plans make it easy to start. Broadchat is available to you through a partner, which can be an advantage if you want hands-on setup help, Hindi templates written for you or a chatbot built for your trade, and a disadvantage if you simply want to sign up and go. Either way, Meta's own charges for template messages apply on top, at rates that depend on category and country; see WhatsApp API pricing.
Switching between platforms
Because both platforms use Meta's Cloud API, your phone number, WhatsApp Business Account and approved templates belong to your Meta business portfolio, not to the software. Moving means connecting the number to the new provider through Embedded Signup and re-creating chatbots and automations; plan a quiet day for the switch and test with your own phone first.

Frequently asked questions
Does AiSensy offer a white-label platform?
Yes. As of the date on this page, AiSensy's partner page describes a white-labelled solution with the partner's branding, custom domain, logo and pricing, with AiSensy running the backend. It does not publish the fees.
Is Broadchat cheaper than AiSensy?
They are priced differently, so it depends on what you need. AiSensy sells self-serve plans with paid add-ons and its own per-message rates; Broadchat charges partners a cost price per client account, quoted on request, and partners set their own client prices. Meta's message charges apply on both.
Can I move my WhatsApp number from AiSensy to Broadchat?
Yes. The number and its WhatsApp Business Account sit in your Meta business portfolio, so you can connect it to Broadchat through Embedded Signup. Chatbots and automations need to be rebuilt in the new platform.
