10 best AiSensy alternatives in India for 2026: prices, markup and white-label compared

Ten alternatives to AiSensy for Indian businesses and agencies, compared on plan price, message markup, bundled chatbots, seat costs and white-label, with vendor sources checked on 1 Nov 2026.

By Broadchat teamPublished Updated 14 min read

In short

AiSensy is easy to start with: a Free Forever plan, Basic at ₹1,500 a month with 5 agent seats, and a white-label offer for partners. People look for AiSensy alternatives because its listed India message prices are about 26% above Meta's rate card and its Chatbot Builder and AI Agent Builder are paid add-ons. Pabbly Chatflow and Getgabs state 0% markup, Interakt has unlimited agents, Gallabox leads on AI sales agents, and Broadchat suits agencies that want to set their own messaging markup and collect client payments themselves.

What to compare

  • The platform's price per message for each Meta category against Meta's own India rate card, at your real monthly volume.
  • Whether a chatbot builder and AI agents are in the plan, sold as monthly add-ons, or paid from credits.
  • How many agent seats are included and the monthly cost of each extra seat.
  • Which features sit on the entry plan: scheduling, click tracking, APIs and webhooks often start a tier higher.
  • Free plan or trial, the shortest billing cycle and what happens to prepaid message credits if you leave.
  • For agencies: a white-label panel on your domain, who sets client prices, who collects client money and any minimum commitment.

If it is paying for extra seats, Interakt has unlimited agents. Markup percentages are our arithmetic against Meta's India rates of ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.115 for utility, authentication and service messages (Meta rate card effective 1 Oct 2026, excl. GST). Broadchat, which we build, is one of the ten options and has its cons listed like the rest.

What AiSensy charges today

AiSensy's pricing page lists a Free Forever plan and five paid tiers: Basic ₹1,500, Pro ₹3,200, Premium ₹9,100 and Unlimited ₹45,000 a month, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Quarterly billing saves 5% and yearly 10%. Basic and Pro include 5 agent seats, Premium 9 and Unlimited 200; extra seats are ₹750 a month each. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, multi-agent live chat, broadcasting and retargeting, and the Click-to-WhatsApp Ads Manager. The campaign scheduler, click tracking, project APIs and automatic failed-message retry start on Pro; webhooks start on Premium.

Two things are priced separately. The drag-and-drop Chatbot Builder is ₹2,500 a month (₹2,250 billed yearly) for 5 chatbots, and the AI Agent Builder is ₹1,350 a month (₹1,215 yearly) with 1,000 AI messages. Messages are paid from prepaid WhatsApp Conversation Credits at AiSensy's own India prices: ₹1.09 for each marketing message and ₹0.145 for each utility, authentication or service message after the first 1,000 free service messages, against Meta's ₹0.8631 and ₹0.115 (Meta rate card effective 1 Oct 2026). That gap is about 26% in every category. You get ₹50 of credits when you sign up.

Where AiSensy's plan limits bite

The plan fee is only half the story; the limits decide which tier you end up on. These figures are from AiSensy's own plan comparison:

LimitBasic ₹1,500Pro ₹3,200Premium ₹9,100Unlimited ₹45,000
Messaging speed40 a second40 a second250 a second1,000 a second
Tags10100250500
Custom attributes52050100
Audience segments2105050
Agent seats included559200
Webhooksnonenone13

In practice, Basic's 10 tags and 2 segments are tight for anyone running regular campaigns, so most active marketers land on Pro. If you need a webhook to push WhatsApp events into your CRM or order system, that starts at Premium. When you compare alternatives, check the same limits on their entry plans: Interakt caps custom fields and tags by plan too (25 fields and 30 tags on Growth), while Pabbly Chatflow advertises unlimited contacts, templates and team members.

When staying on AiSensy makes sense

Stay if you send modest volumes (a few thousand messages a month), your team fits in the included seats, and you do not need the paid builders. In that case AiSensy's low plan fee, Click-to-WhatsApp Ads Manager and published prices are hard to beat, and the markup works out to about ₹227 for every 1,000 marketing messages, a modest sum at that volume. Also stay if you are an agency already selling AiSensy's white-label and your clients are happy: switching a client base is real work. Revisit the decision when your marketing volume grows, because the markup grows with it.

AiSensy's strengths are real: a usable free plan, five seats on the entry plan, published add-on prices, and a partner page that offers both a 20% recurring affiliate commission and the AiSensy platform under your own brand, domain, logo and pricing.

Worked example: what a 26% markup costs at volume

Arjun runs WhatsApp for Sunrise Clinic's chain of diagnostic centres. Each month he sends 40,000 marketing templates (health-check offers) and 20,000 utility templates (report-ready and appointment reminders) to Indian numbers. The table shows the message bill alone, before any plan fee, using each vendor's published India prices. It is illustrative and assumes every message is delivered.

PlatformMarketing (40,000)Utility (20,000)Monthly message billDifference vs Meta's rates
Meta's rates (Pabbly Chatflow, Getgabs)₹34,524₹2,300₹36,824none
Interakt (its listed prices, below Enterprise)₹37,960 to ₹38,800₹2,800 to ₹3,200₹40,760 to ₹42,000₹3,936 to ₹5,176
Gallabox (its rate card)₹39,704₹2,646₹42,350₹5,526
AiSensy (its listed prices)₹43,600₹2,900₹46,500₹9,676

At this volume, the gap between AiSensy's prices and Meta's is ₹9,676 a month, which is more than AiSensy's Premium plan fee. For a shop sending 2,000 reminders a month the gap would be about ₹60, and the plan fee and add-ons would matter far more. That is why there is no single best alternative: it depends on your volume. Gupshup and 360dialog also pass Meta's fee through, but they suit developers more than marketing teams. For the background, read why providers mark up Meta's fees and how to reduce WhatsApp API costs.

How to pick an AiSensy alternative

  • You send more than about 10,000 marketing messages a month: markup is your biggest line. Shortlist Pabbly Chatflow and Getgabs, then check that their inbox and chatbot features cover what you use today.
  • Your team is growing past five agents: each extra AiSensy seat is ₹750 a month. Interakt (unlimited agents) or Pabbly (unlimited team members) remove that line.
  • You pay for both AiSensy add-ons: ₹3,850 a month for the Chatbot Builder and AI Agent Builder together. Compare that with plans that include chatbots (Pabbly, Getgabs) or AI credits (Wati, Gallabox, DoubleTick).
  • You need developer access, not a panel: 360dialog (per number) or Gupshup (pay as you go).
  • You are happy with AiSensy apart from one feature: ask AiSensy first. Moving costs time, and every platform here has its own gaps.

For agencies: AiSensy's white-label against the alternatives

AiSensy is one of the few Indian platforms that openly offers its product under a partner's brand, so agencies compare it seriously. The questions that separate white-label offers are the same everywhere: can you set your own price for each client plan, can you set your own messaging markup per country, do client payments land in your own account, can the vendor's name be hidden in emails and invoices, and is there a minimum monthly bill?

On their own pages: AiSensy describes custom domain, logo and pricing with the backend managed by AiSensy. Getgabs offers a reseller panel with 25%, 50% or 75% discounts. QuickReply.ai offers up to 80% off platform fees and says there is no minimum commitment. Interakt describes an ISV white-label track. In Broadchat, partners set client plans, coupons and a % or flat markup over Meta's base rate, their messaging margin is settled weekly into their wallet, and on the Growth tier and above they use their own domain, email and SMS senders and payment gateways. Get every vendor to show you the partner side in a live demo, not slides. Our white-label reseller panel checklist lists what to test, and Broadchat vs AiSensy compares the two directly.

Moving away from AiSensy

Your number and its WhatsApp Business Account sit in your Meta business portfolio, so you can connect them to a new provider through Embedded Signup; approved templates stay with the account. Before you switch, spend your prepaid WhatsApp Conversation Credits (AiSensy keeps a minimum balance of ₹10 for chatbots to keep running), export contacts and tags as CSV, and screenshot your chatbot flows so you can rebuild them. The step-by-step version is in how to migrate a WhatsApp number to a new provider. New to the platform itself? Start with what the WhatsApp Business API is.

Frequently asked questions

Which AiSensy alternatives do not mark up Meta's message charges?

On 1 Nov 2026, Pabbly Chatflow and Getgabs both state 0% markup and show Meta's India rates on their pricing pages. Interakt removes its markup only on Enterprise. Gupshup bills Meta's fee at actuals plus $0.001 for each message, and 360dialog's Partner Platform states zero message markup.

How much does AiSensy cost in 2026?

AiSensy's pricing page lists a Free Forever plan, Basic at ₹1,500, Pro at ₹3,200, Premium at ₹9,100 and Unlimited at ₹45,000 a month, with Enterprise custom. Quarterly billing saves 5% and yearly 10%. The Chatbot Builder (₹2,500 a month) and AI Agent Builder (₹1,350 a month) are add-ons, and messages are charged from prepaid credits.

Is there a free alternative to AiSensy?

Pabbly Chatflow has a free plan with 2 WhatsApp numbers and 100 credits a month, though team members are not included. Getgabs starts at ₹699 a month. Meta's own message charges apply on every platform whatever the plan price, so a free plan never means free messaging.

Which AiSensy alternative includes a chatbot builder?

Pabbly Chatflow includes unlimited chatbots on paid plans, Getgabs includes auto triggers, Wati includes automations limited by monthly triggers, Gallabox counts active flows per plan, and Interakt has linear flows on Growth and branching flows on Advanced. Broadchat includes its visual chatbot builder in client plans.

Which AiSensy alternative is best for agencies?

If you want your own brand, compare Broadchat, Getgabs and QuickReply.ai, which describe white-label panels, and Interakt's ISV track. Check who sets client prices and messaging markup, who collects client payments, and whether there is a minimum commitment. Ask each vendor for a live demo of the partner panel.

Is AiSensy more expensive than Interakt?

On plan fees, no: AiSensy Basic is ₹1,500 a month against Interakt Growth at ₹2,799. On messages, yes: AiSensy lists ₹1.09 for each marketing message against Interakt's ₹0.949 to ₹0.970, with Meta's rate at ₹0.8631 (Meta rate card effective 1 Oct 2026). Interakt also has unlimited agents. Which is cheaper overall depends on your volume and team size.

Does AiSensy or its alternatives charge to set up the WhatsApp API?

AiSensy's pricing FAQ says it does not charge to procure the WhatsApp Business API for a business. Wati advertises zero setup fees, Getgabs free setup and onboarding on all plans, and Gallabox a free sign-up with no card. Paid onboarding services exist on some platforms, such as Wati's dedicated onboarding, but connecting a number through Embedded Signup does not need them.

Does AiSensy charge for service messages?

Yes, after the free allowance. Since 1 Oct 2026 Meta gives each number 1,000 free service messages a month. AiSensy lists ₹0.145 for each service message after that, against Meta's ₹0.115 (Meta rate card effective 1 Oct 2026). Chatbot and AI Agent replies inside the 24-hour window count as service messages too.

What does AiSensy's Basic plan not include?

According to AiSensy's plan comparison, Basic does not include the campaign scheduler, click tracking, campaign budget analytics, project APIs, custom agent rules or automatic failed-message retry, which start on Pro, and webhooks start on Premium. Basic also has 10 tags and 2 audience segments.

Can I move my number from AiSensy to another provider?

Yes. The number and its WhatsApp Business Account belong to your Meta business portfolio. Connect it to the new provider through Embedded Signup or migrate the number; templates stay with the account. Use up prepaid credits first and plan to rebuild chatbot flows on the new platform.
