10 best Interakt alternatives in India for 2026, with prices, seat costs and markup
Interakt's unlimited agents are hard to beat, so switch only for a clear reason. Ten alternatives compared on message markup, seat costs, AI, channels and white-label, sourced on 1 Nov 2026.
By Broadchat teamPublished Updated 14 min read
In short
Interakt gives unlimited agents on every paid plan from ₹2,799 a month, Instagram included and an ISV white-label track, so it is a strong default for Indian teams. The usual reasons to look at Interakt alternatives are its own message prices (about 10-12% above Meta's on marketing and more on utility below Enterprise), AI agents and Sales CRM sold as add-ons, and branching chatbots only on Advanced. Pabbly Chatflow and Getgabs pass Meta's rates through, Wati and Gallabox include AI credits, Zoko suits Shopify brands, and Broadchat suits agencies that want full control of a branded panel.
What to compare
- Message price per Meta category compared with Meta's India rate card, and whether the vendor states its markup.
- Total monthly cost for your real team size: Interakt's unlimited agents set a high bar, so price the seats elsewhere.
- AI agents and chatbot flows: included, credit-based or a paid add-on, and on which plan branching flows start.
- Channels you need: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, web chat, TikTok, RCS or voice.
- Integrations you rely on, especially Shopify, and whether they are on your plan.
- For agencies: how much of the partner panel the vendor shows you, and whether you control client pricing and payments.
The alternatives
1. Pabbly Chatflow
WebsiteBest for: Teams that like Interakt's unlimited users but want Meta's rates with no markup
A WhatsApp inbox, broadcast and chatbot tool that states 0% markup on Meta's fees and shows Meta's India rates on its page. Like Interakt, paid plans include unlimited team members; unlike Interakt, chatbots are unlimited on every paid plan and there is a lifetime one-time option.
Strengths
- "0% Markup Fees": Meta's official rate only
- Unlimited team members and chatbots on paid plans
- Free plan, lifetime plans and a 30-day refund guarantee
Watch out for
- WhatsApp only on the plans we checked; no Instagram inbox listed
- Monthly credit allowances for outgoing messages
- No white-label or reseller programme found
Pricing: Free ₹0 (100 credits, 2 numbers). Billed yearly: Standard ₹1,499, Pro ₹3,079, Unlimited ₹6,249 a month. Lifetime from ₹23,399 one-time.

Strengths
- WhatsApp and Instagram on every plan
- "0% Markup" stated
- White-label reseller panel with 25% to 75% discounts
Watch out for
- Basic plan inbox is admin-only, so it does not replace Interakt for a team
- Basic plan API limited to 20 calls a minute
- Free trial not mentioned on the pricing page
Pricing: Basic ₹699 a month (₹6,990 a year), Plus ₹1,499 (₹14,990 a year), Pro ₹4,499 (₹44,990 a year).

A self-serve engagement platform with an omnichannel inbox covering WhatsApp, calling, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, web chat and RCS, Astra AI agents in every plan and monthly Wati AI credits. Seats are the trade-off against Interakt: Growth includes 3 users and Pro and Business include 5.
Strengths
- AI agents and AI credits included in every plan

- Shopify integration is a USD 4.99 a month add-on
- Message rates on a separate rate card; markup not stated on the pricing page
Pricing: Billed quarterly: Growth ₹2,699, Pro ₹5,799, Business ₹16,799 a month; monthly billing ₹2,999, ₹6,499, ₹18,499; annual billing "Save up to 10%", no separate annual price shown.

The Chatbot Builder and AI Agent Builder are add-ons, and messages are paid from prepaid credits at AiSensy's own India prices. Its partner page offers a white-labelled version under your brand.
Strengths
- Free Forever plan; Basic from ₹1,500 a month
- Click-to-WhatsApp Ads Manager on every plan
- White-label partner offer with custom domain, logo and pricing
Watch out for
- Listed message prices about 26% above Meta's, higher than Interakt's (our arithmetic)
- Extra seats ₹750 a month each beyond the included 5 or 9
- Chatbot Builder (₹2,500 a month) and AI Agent Builder (₹1,350 a month) are add-ons

Strengths
- AI credits included on every plan (500 to 8,000 a month)
- Up to 100 active flows and AI voice on Advanced
- 7-day trial with no card
Watch out for
- No monthly billing: quarterly or yearly only
- Users are capped or charged: 3 on Basic, 6 on Essential and 10 on Advanced, then ₹1,200 to ₹1,500 per extra user a month
- Rate card about 15% above Meta's India rates (our arithmetic); no white-label found
Pricing: Billed quarterly: Basic ₹2,999, Essential ₹6,999, Advanced ₹16,999 a month; billed yearly ₹2,399, ₹5,599, ₹13,599.
6. DoubleTick
WebsiteBest for: Sales-led businesses that want AI agents in every plan and guided onboarding
A WhatsApp CX suite with an AI agent studio, bot builder, broadcast and AI voice campaigns, an inbox for many WhatsApp numbers, AI co-pilot features and an SDK to embed it in a CRM. Plans are named Starter, Pro and Enterprise, and AI agents are included in all of them.
Strengths
- AI agents in every plan, not an add-on
- Help with Facebook verification and onboarding
- Shared account manager on Pro, dedicated on Enterprise
Watch out for
- No free trial; demo first
- Prices not shown on the pricing page
- No white-label offer found
Pricing: Starter, Pro and Enterprise; prices not stated on the pricing page. Message charges vary by country.
7. Zoko
WebsiteBest for: Shopify brands, since Interakt includes Shopify only on its Shopify plan
A WhatsApp commerce platform with a Shopify focus. You pay Meta's messaging fees directly to Meta at Meta's rate card, and Zoko charges a plan fee plus its own fee per conversation on lower volumes. Starter has unlimited agents with no seat fee.
Strengths
- Meta's fees paid directly to Meta
- Unlimited agents on Starter
- 7-day free trial, no contracts
Watch out for
- Priced in US dollars
- Starter adds Zoko's own $0.015 markup on all conversations
- Agents beyond the included 5 (Plus) or 10 (Elite) cost $15 or $12 each a month
Pricing: Starter $49.99, Plus $79.99, Elite $139.99 a month. Plus and Elite include the first 5,000 or 100,000 conversations with no Zoko markup.
8. Gupshup
WebsiteBest for: Developers who want pay-as-you-go API access instead of a team inbox subscription
A large conversational messaging company with a self-serve WhatsApp API and enterprise plans. Self-serve has no subscription: Meta's fee is billed at actuals and Gupshup adds a standard fee for each message. It suits teams building their own interface more than teams that want Interakt's ready inbox.
Strengths
- No subscription on self-serve
- Meta's fee billed at actuals
- Large ISV partner programme
Watch out for
- Adds $0.001 for each message on top of Meta's fee
- No team inbox or CRM plan shown on the pricing page

9. 360dialog
WebsiteBest for: Software companies building WhatsApp into their own product for many clients

Strengths
- Partner Platform with "zero message markup"
- Up to 1,000 messages a second on Scale
- Month-to-month pricing on partner plans
Watch out for
- Priced in euros
- Developer product; not a ready marketing panel
- Free trial not stated
Pricing: Per number per month: Regular €49, Premium €99, Scale €500, plus Meta fees. Partner Platform from €250 a month plus per-channel fees.
10. Broadchat
WebsiteBest for: Agencies that want a branded WhatsApp panel with published partner controls rather than an ISV agreement
A white-label WhatsApp Business API platform on Meta's Cloud API, sold through partners. Clients get campaigns (scheduled, repeating and retargeted), a shared inbox with the 24-hour window shown, a visual chatbot builder with AI steps, CRM, WhatsApp Flows, ecommerce and coexistence with the WhatsApp Business app. Partners brand the panel, set plans and messaging markups, and collect client payments through their own gateway.
Strengths
- Partner sets client plans, coupons and a % or flat markup over Meta's base rate per country
- Own domain with automatic SSL, own email and SMS senders and payment gateways (Growth partner tier and above)
- Chatbot builder with AI steps, inbox and CRM included rather than sold as add-ons
- Panel in 23 languages, with INR billing
Watch out for
- No self-serve sign-up or free plan for a single business; you buy through a partner
- Prices are quoted on request, not published
- Instagram and Messenger are still rolling out, where Interakt has Instagram live
Pricing: Partners pay a cost price per client account per billing cycle, quoted on request. Clients prepay Meta's message charges into a wallet at rates the partner sets.

Most teams do not need Interakt alternatives: unlimited agents on every paid plan, WhatsApp and Instagram together and monthly billing from ₹2,799 are a strong package. Switch for a clear reason. If your message bill is the problem, Pabbly Chatflow and Getgabs state 0% markup. If you want AI agents without a ₹3,000 add-on, Wati, Gallabox and DoubleTick include AI in their plans. If you sell on Shopify, Zoko is built for it. If you are an agency that wants its own branded product with full pricing control, look at Broadchat.
We checked each vendor's own pricing and partner pages on 1 Nov 2026. Prices exclude GST. Where we compare per-message prices, the benchmark is Meta's India rate of ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.115 for utility, authentication and service messages (Meta rate card effective 1 Oct 2026, excl. GST). Broadchat is our product; it appears once in the list, with its cons.

What Interakt costs today
Interakt's pricing page lists Growth at ₹2,799 and Advanced at ₹3,799 a month plus taxes, with 8% off quarterly and 20% off yearly billing, and Enterprise on request. The Starter plan covers Instagram only. Every paid plan has unlimited agents. Growth adds FAQ automations and linear chatbot flows, catalogs, native payments and public APIs; Advanced adds branching flows with API calls and conditions, chat auto-assignment and advanced webhooks; Enterprise adds RCS, higher rate limits and "No Templates Markups".
Two add-ons are common. WhatsApp AI Agents (sales, lead qualification and support agents) cost ₹3,000 a month with 100 AI messages included and ₹0.50 for each AI message after that, and need Growth or Advanced. The Sales CRM is ₹2,499 a month with 5 sales seats and ₹499 a month for each extra seat. Interakt's page also says Shopify integration is included only on its Shopify plan.
For messages, Interakt lists its own India prices by plan: ₹0.949 to ₹0.970 for each marketing message and ₹0.140 to ₹0.160 for each utility message, against Meta's ₹0.8631 and ₹0.115 (Meta rate card effective 1 Oct 2026). By our arithmetic that is about 10-12% above Meta on marketing and 22-39% on utility. Enterprise states no markup.
Worked example 1: a 12-agent support team
Meera manages customer support for a Pune ecommerce brand with 12 agents on WhatsApp. Here is the plan fee alone, on the lowest plan that fits 12 users, from each vendor's published prices. It is illustrative: it excludes GST, add-ons and messages.
| Platform and plan | Included users | Extra users | Plan fee per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pabbly Chatflow Standard (yearly) | Unlimited | none needed | ₹1,499 |
| Interakt Growth (monthly) | Unlimited | none needed | ₹2,799 |
| AiSensy Pro (monthly) | 5 | 7 × ₹750 | ₹8,450 |
| Gallabox Essential (quarterly) | 6 | 6 × ₹1,200 | ₹14,199 |
| Wati Pro (monthly) | 5 | 7 × ₹1,299 | ₹15,592 |
For a large team, Interakt's unlimited agents beat most per-seat platforms by a wide margin; only Pabbly Chatflow undercuts it on the plan fee. If your team is this size, switch only if the message bill or a missing feature costs you more than the seat savings.
Worked example 2: where the message bill decides
Now take a brand sending 30,000 marketing messages a month with three agents. On Interakt's listed prices the marketing bill is ₹28,470 to ₹29,100. At Meta's own rate, as on Pabbly Chatflow or Getgabs, it is ₹25,893. The difference, about ₹2,577 to ₹3,207 a month, is roughly the cost of the Interakt plan itself. At this volume a 0% markup platform can save more than the plan fee, while at 3,000 messages a month the gap is about ₹260 to ₹320 and Interakt's other strengths matter more. Our guide to cutting WhatsApp API costs and explainer on provider markup go deeper.
Channels and AI: what each alternative covers
Interakt's pitch is WhatsApp plus Instagram, with RCS on Enterprise. If you are leaving for channel or AI reasons, this is what each vendor's own pages show:
| Platform | Channels named on its site | AI agents |
|---|---|---|
| Interakt | WhatsApp, Instagram; RCS on Enterprise | Add-on, ₹3,000 a month |
| Wati | WhatsApp, calling, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, web chat, RCS | Included (Astra AI agents and AI credits) |
| Gallabox | WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat, voice | Included (AI credits by plan) |
| DoubleTick | WhatsApp, with AI voice campaigns | Included in every plan |
| Getgabs | WhatsApp, Instagram | Not stated |
| AiSensy | WhatsApp, with a Click-to-WhatsApp Ads Manager | Add-on, ₹1,350 a month |
| Pabbly Chatflow | AI assistants included | |
| Zoko | WhatsApp, Shopify-focused | Not stated |
| Broadchat | WhatsApp and website chat live; Instagram and Messenger rolling out | AI agent and AI steps in the chatbot builder |
If Instagram DMs are central to your business today, Interakt, Wati, Gallabox and Getgabs cover it; Broadchat does not yet. If you want TikTok or RCS without an Enterprise contract, Wati lists both.
When Interakt is still the right choice
Stay on Interakt if three things are true: your team is larger than five people, you need Instagram in the same inbox, and your marketing volume is modest enough that a 10-12% markup is a small number. In that case the unlimited agents save more than any alternative would. Also stay if you already use its catalog, native payments and public APIs heavily and they work: rebuilding those integrations elsewhere takes weeks, not hours. Re-check when your volume grows or when you start paying for both AI Agents and the Sales CRM, which together add ₹5,499 a month.
How to choose an Interakt alternative
- Keep Interakt if you have a large team, need Instagram today and send modest volumes. Few platforms beat unlimited agents from ₹2,799.
- Move for message cost if you send tens of thousands of marketing templates a month: shortlist Pabbly Chatflow and Getgabs, and check their inbox covers your workflow.
- Move for AI if you would otherwise buy Interakt's AI Agents add-on: Wati includes AI agents and credits, Gallabox includes AI credits and voice, DoubleTick includes AI agents. Price the seats you will need.
- Move for Shopify if you are a Shopify brand not on Interakt's Shopify plan: Zoko is built around Shopify, and Wati sells Shopify as a USD 4.99 add-on.
- Move for an API if your developers want raw access: Gupshup (pay as you go) or 360dialog (per number).
- Move for your own brand if you are an agency: compare Interakt's ISV white-label track with Broadchat, AiSensy, Getgabs and QuickReply.ai on who sets client prices and who collects payments.
For agencies: Interakt's ISV track or your own panel
Interakt's partner page offers referral commissions and an ISV white-label track it sums up as "Your brand. Your pricing. Your customers." The details of the ISV agreement are not published, so ask to see the partner panel, the pricing controls and the contract terms before committing. With Broadchat, the partner controls are part of the product: you set client plans, add-ons, coupons and free trials, set a % or flat markup over Meta's base rate per country, collect client payments through your own Razorpay, Stripe, UPI or bank account, and run sub-agencies on the Enterprise tier. See how to start a WhatsApp reseller business, Broadchat vs Interakt and the partner programme.
Switching from Interakt
Your number, its WhatsApp Business Account and approved message templates are held in your Meta business portfolio, so they move with you through Embedded Signup or a number migration. Chatbot flows, auto-replies, custom fields and events have to be rebuilt; export contacts with their tags and custom fields as CSV first. If you use Interakt's catalog and native payments, check that the new platform supports WhatsApp catalogs and your payment gateway before you move. Follow how to migrate a WhatsApp number to a new provider, and if you are new to the platform, read what the WhatsApp Business API is first.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best alternative to Interakt?
It depends on why you are leaving. For lower message costs, Pabbly Chatflow and Getgabs state 0% markup on Meta's fees. For AI included in the plan, look at Wati, Gallabox or DoubleTick. For Shopify, Zoko. For an agency that wants its own branded product, Broadchat. For a large team that mainly needs unlimited agents, Interakt itself is hard to beat.
How much does Interakt cost in 2026?
Interakt's pricing page on 1 Nov 2026 lists Growth at ₹2,799 and Advanced at ₹3,799 a month plus taxes, with 8% off quarterly and 20% off yearly billing, and Enterprise on request. AI Agents (₹3,000 a month) and Sales CRM (₹2,499 a month) are add-ons. Messages are charged at Interakt's own per-category prices on top.
Does Interakt mark up Meta's message charges?
Below Enterprise, yes. Interakt lists ₹0.949 to ₹0.970 a marketing message for India by plan, against Meta's ₹0.8631 (Meta rate card effective 1 Oct 2026), about 10-12% more by our arithmetic, and more on utility. Its Enterprise plan states no template markup.
Which Interakt alternative also has unlimited agents?
Pabbly Chatflow includes unlimited team members on its paid plans, and Zoko's Starter plan has unlimited agents with no seat fee, though Zoko charges in US dollars and adds its own fee per conversation on Starter. Most other platforms here include a fixed number of seats and charge for extra ones.
Is Interakt cheaper than Wati?
For teams of four or more, usually yes on plan fees, because Interakt has unlimited agents while Wati Growth is capped at 3 users and extra users on Pro cost ₹1,299 a month. For a team of three, Wati Growth billed quarterly (₹2,699 a month) is slightly cheaper than Interakt Growth on monthly billing (₹2,799), though Interakt's yearly price (₹2,239) is lower, and Wati includes AI credits. Compare message rates too.
Which Interakt alternative works for Shopify stores?
Zoko is built around Shopify. AiSensy and Gallabox also list Shopify integrations, and Wati sells Shopify as a USD 4.99 a month add-on. Interakt's own page says its Shopify integration is included only on its Shopify plan, so check which plan you are on before deciding to move.
Does Interakt have a free plan?
Interakt's Starter plan covers Instagram only, so there is no free WhatsApp plan; paid WhatsApp plans start with Growth at ₹2,799 a month. Its pages offer a free trial but do not state its length. For a free WhatsApp plan, Pabbly Chatflow and AiSensy both offer one, with Meta's message charges still payable.
Which Interakt alternatives include AI agents in the plan?
Wati includes Astra AI agents and monthly AI credits in every plan, Gallabox includes AI credits on every plan with AI voice on Advanced, and DoubleTick says AI agents are built into every plan. On Interakt, AI Agents are a ₹3,000 a month add-on that needs the Growth or Advanced plan.
Can I keep my number if I leave Interakt?
Yes. The number and its WhatsApp Business Account belong to your Meta business portfolio. Connect them to the new provider through Embedded Signup or migrate the number; approved templates stay with the account. Chatbot flows, auto-replies and custom events have to be rebuilt.
