In short
The best Gallabox alternatives depend on why you are leaving. For unlimited agents on a monthly plan, look at Interakt (₹2,799 a month) or Pabbly Chatflow (₹1,499). For no markup on Meta's charges, Getgabs and Pabbly Chatflow state 0%. For a 7-day trial and published plans, WATI and respond.io. For voice and AI agents at enterprise scale, Gupshup. Agencies that want to resell WhatsApp under their own brand should compare Broadchat, AiSensy, Getgabs and QuickReply.ai.
What to compare
- Shortest billing cycle you can buy, and the amount you must pay up front on day one.
- Users included on the plan you need, the price of each extra user and whether there is a hard cap.
- Message prices for each Meta category against Meta's India rate card, and whether the markup is stated.
- AI agents: included, credit-based or an add-on, and whether you need voice as well as chat.
- Lead pipeline, appointment booking and CRM sync if WhatsApp is your sales channel.
- Free trial or free plan length, and whether broadcasts are allowed during the trial.
- White-label or reseller terms if you serve clients rather than your own customers.

Gallabox alternatives worth shortlisting in 2026 are Interakt (unlimited agents, monthly), WATI (7-day trial, extra seats), Getgabs and Pabbly Chatflow (no markup on Meta's charges, low INR plans), respond.io (many channels), DoubleTick (many numbers, mobile apps), AiSensy (free plan, white-label), QuickReply.ai (D2C, white-label), Gupshup (enterprise AI and voice) and Broadchat (white-label for agencies). Which one is right depends on the reason you are leaving: the billing cycle, the user cap, message prices or the lack of a reseller option. We build Broadchat; every competitor fact below comes from that vendor's own website, checked on 1 Nov 2026.
Gallabox alternatives compared: prices at a glance
Prices are per month, excluding GST, as shown on each vendor's pricing page on 1 Nov 2026. "Markup" compares the vendor's listed India message price with Meta's India rate card effective 1 Oct 2026 (₹0.8631 marketing, ₹0.115 utility and authentication, excl. GST); figures marked "computed" are our arithmetic, not the vendor's claim.
| Platform | Starting price | Free trial | Markup on Meta rates | Best for |

What Gallabox does well
Be clear about what you would give up before you move. Gallabox describes omnichannel AI agents across WhatsApp, Instagram, voice and website chat, AI voice agents that answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups, automated lead qualification and scoring, appointment booking that checks availability and syncs with your calendar, payment collection inside the chat and more than 30 connectors including Zoho CRM, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Pipedrive, Zapier, Calendly and Razorpay. It focuses on real estate, healthcare, automotive, education, travel, finance, professional services and logistics.
If your team's day runs on AI voice calls and a lead-scoring pipeline, most tools on this list will feel like a step back. In that case, ask Gallabox about yearly billing (₹2,399 instead of ₹2,999 a month on Basic) or the Enterprise plan before you migrate. Only Gupshup on this list sells voice AI agents of its own, and it does not publish prices.
Why teams look for a Gallabox alternative
Three points come up again and again, and all three are visible on Gallabox's own pricing page.
- No monthly plan. Gallabox bills quarterly or yearly. On Basic that means ₹8,997 plus GST up front for one quarter, or ₹28,788 plus GST for a year. Interakt, respond.io, Pabbly Chatflow and Getgabs all list monthly prices, and WATI offers monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles.
- Hard user caps. Basic is a hard cap of 3 users; you must upgrade to add a fourth. Essential includes 6 users with extra users at ₹1,200 a month, and Advanced includes 10 with extras at ₹1,500. Interakt and Pabbly Chatflow include unlimited users; Getgabs Plus includes 10 agents for ₹1,499.
- Message prices above Meta's. Gallabox's India rate card, which takes effect 1 Oct 2026, lists marketing at ₹0.9926 and utility and authentication at ₹0.1323 per message. Against Meta's India rate card effective 1 Oct 2026 (₹0.8631 and ₹0.115, excl. GST) that is about 15% on every category, by our arithmetic. Getgabs and Pabbly Chatflow say they add no markup, and Zoko and respond.io bill Meta's fees separately.
A worked example: eight counsellors in Kota
Arjun runs admissions for a coaching institute in Kota. Eight counsellors answer enquiries from Click-to-WhatsApp ads, and the institute sends about 10,000 marketing templates a month (fee reminders, batch launches, demo-class invites). Here is the monthly platform cost for eight users on each published price list, before GST and before Meta's charges:
| Platform | Plan that fits 8 users | Platform cost per month | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gallabox | Essential (6 users) + 2 extra users | ₹6,999 + ₹2,400 = ₹9,399 | Quarterly (₹28,197 up front) |
| WATI | Pro (5 users) + 3 extra users | ₹5,799 + ₹3,897 = ₹9,696 | Billed quarterly |
| Interakt | Growth (unlimited agents) | ₹2,799; ₹5,799 with AI Agents | Monthly |
| respond.io | Starter (5 users) + 3 extra users | US$79 + US$36 = US$115 | Monthly |
| Getgabs | Plus (10 agents) | ₹1,499 | Monthly |
| Pabbly Chatflow | Standard (unlimited team members, 10,000 credits) | ₹1,499 | Monthly |
Now add messages. At Meta's India rate card effective 1 Oct 2026, 10,000 delivered marketing messages cost ₹8,631 excl. GST. At Gallabox's listed rate the same volume is about ₹9,926, at Interakt Growth's listed ₹0.958 rate about ₹9,580, and on a 0% markup platform it stays at Meta's ₹8,631. These numbers are illustrative: your mix of marketing, utility and service messages changes the result.
The cheapest line is not automatically the right one. Arjun's counsellors book demo classes in the chat, which Gallabox's AI agents handle with calendar sync. On a cheaper tool he would rebuild that as a chatbot flow with a booking link. Price the rebuild time as well as the subscription.
How to choose: match the alternative to your reason for leaving
| If your main problem with Gallabox is… | Shortlist | Check before you sign |
|---|---|---|
| Quarterly-only billing | Interakt, Pabbly Chatflow, Getgabs, respond.io | Whether AI features are in the monthly plan or an add-on |
| The 3-user cap on Basic | Interakt, Pabbly Chatflow, Getgabs Plus | What "agent" means: some plans exclude CRM or admin roles |
| Message markup | Getgabs, Pabbly Chatflow, Interakt Enterprise | That the vendor shows Meta's current India rates, not an old card |
| You need voice AI agents | Gupshup, or stay on Gallabox Advanced | Contract length and per-minute voice charges |
| Many numbers, mobile team | DoubleTick | Demo-only pricing; no free trial |
| You sell to clients (agency) | Broadchat, AiSensy, Getgabs, QuickReply.ai, Interakt ISV | Who owns the client relationship, domain and payment collection |
Three questions settle most decisions:
- How many people reply to chats today, and in twelve months? Seat pricing that looks cheap at three users can cost more than Gallabox at ten.
- What share of your messages are marketing templates? Markup matters most on marketing, the most expensive category. If you mostly reply inside the 24-hour customer service window, remember that only the first 1,000 service messages per number per month are free since 1 Oct 2026.
- Which features do you use every day? Export a month of Gallabox activity: flows triggered, AI credits used, broadcasts sent. Drop features nobody used before comparing plans.
If you are an agency serving several clients
Gallabox's homepage does not describe a white-label or partner programme. If you are a marketing agency serving clinics, builders or coaching institutes and you want a WhatsApp product with your own name on it, there are four routes on this list:
- Broadchat: a full partner panel. You set client plans and billing cycles, add a % or flat markup over Meta's base rate per country, collect payments through your own Razorpay, Stripe, UPI or bank account, and run sub-agencies on the Enterprise tier. Prices are quoted per client account. See the white-label programme and how to onboard your first client.
- AiSensy: "AiSensy platform under your brand name" with custom domain, logo and pricing.
- Getgabs: a white-label reseller dashboard at 25%, 50% or 75% off its plans.
- QuickReply.ai: Bronze to Platinum tiers with a minimum monthly billing commitment.
Ask each one who your clients' invoices come from, whether your clients ever see the vendor's name, and how a client's number moves if you change vendor later. For the trade-offs between reselling and referring, read how to start a WhatsApp reseller business. If your clients need AI voice agents, none of these four replaces Gallabox on that point.
Moving off Gallabox without losing your number
- Time it with your billing cycle. Gallabox bills by the quarter or year, so switch near the end of a paid period.
- Export first. Download contacts with tags and custom fields, and list every flow, quick reply and template you use.
- Your number stays yours. It belongs to your Meta business portfolio, not to Gallabox. Approved templates belong to your WhatsApp Business account. The steps are in how to move a WhatsApp number to a new provider.
- Rebuild the important flows first. Lead capture and appointment booking usually matter most; seasonal campaigns can wait.
- Run a test week. Send a utility template to your own team, check delivery and read reports, then move live traffic.

Frequently asked questions
Which Gallabox alternative allows monthly billing?
Interakt (₹2,799 a month on Growth), Pabbly Chatflow (₹1,499 on Standard), Getgabs (₹699 on Basic) and respond.io (US$79 on Starter) list monthly prices, and WATI offers monthly as well as quarterly and yearly cycles. Gallabox itself bills quarterly or yearly, with yearly about 20% cheaper per month.
Which Gallabox alternative has unlimited users?
Interakt lists unlimited agents on every plan, and Pabbly Chatflow includes unlimited team members on all plans including Free. Getgabs Plus includes 10 agents and Pro 30. Gallabox Basic is capped at three users, Essential includes six and Advanced ten.
Is there a Gallabox alternative with AI voice agents?
Gupshup sells voice AI agents for phone and WhatsApp calls, but does not publish prices. None of the other platforms on this list describes voice agents on its pricing page. If voice is essential, Gallabox's Advanced plan remains a direct fit.
Does Gallabox mark up WhatsApp message charges?
Gallabox publishes an India rate card that takes effect 1 Oct 2026. Its listed prices are about 15% above Meta's India rate card effective 1 Oct 2026 on marketing, utility and authentication messages, by our arithmetic. Check its rate card page for the current figures before you compare.
Which Gallabox alternatives charge no markup on Meta fees?
Getgabs and Pabbly Chatflow state 0% markup on their pricing pages, and Interakt states "No Markup Charges" on its Enterprise plan only. respond.io and Zoko have Meta's fees billed separately from the subscription. Broadchat partners set their own markup for their clients.
Is there a free Gallabox alternative?
AiSensy has a Free Forever plan and Pabbly Chatflow has a Free plan with two numbers and 100 credits a month. Meta's message charges still apply on any platform, because Meta bills each delivered template message. A free plan removes the subscription, not Meta's fees.
Can I move my WhatsApp number from Gallabox to another platform?
Yes. The number and its WhatsApp Business account sit in your own Meta business portfolio, so a new provider can connect it, and approved templates stay with the account. Export contacts and flows first, and switch near the end of your paid Gallabox quarter.
Which Gallabox alternative suits a marketing agency?
Look for a white-label or reseller programme: Broadchat (partner panel with your brand, client plans and own payment gateway), AiSensy (custom domain, logo and pricing), Getgabs (reseller panel at 25-75% off) and QuickReply.ai (tiered white-label). Gallabox's homepage does not describe one.
