In short
DoubleTick alternatives you can price and test without a demo: Interakt (unlimited agents, ₹2,799 a month), WATI and respond.io (7-day trials), Pabbly Chatflow (free plan, 10 numbers on Standard, unlimited users), Getgabs (from ₹699, no markup), Zoko (Shopify, 7-day trial), Gallabox (AI agents), AiSensy (free plan), QuickReply.ai (D2C) and Broadchat for agencies reselling under their own brand. DoubleTick's own strengths, native iOS and Android apps and many numbers in one account, are worth keeping in mind.
What to compare
- Published plan prices, or a written quote that covers the plan, every agent and each Meta message category.
- A free trial or free plan so agents can test real chats on their phones before you pay.
- Mobile access for agents: native Android and iOS apps, an Android app only, or a web panel.
- How extra WhatsApp numbers are priced, and whether all numbers share one inbox with department routing.
- Price of each extra agent once you pass the plan's included seats.
- Message prices against Meta's India rate card, and whether the vendor states its markup.
- For agencies: referral commission only, or a white-label panel you control.
The alternatives
1. Broadchat

Strengths
- Several numbers per account, each with its own wallet, quality rating and messaging limit shown
- Department routing, custom roles and department analytics
- Partner controls client plans, prices and a % or flat markup over Meta's base rate

Watch out for
- No native iOS app; Android app in closed testing (direct APK), iPhone uses the web panel from the home screen
- No self-serve sign-up or free plan for a single business; bought through a partner
- Prices are quoted on request, not published

Why people look beyond DoubleTick
Selling through a demo is normal for software aimed at larger companies, and DoubleTick sells to banking, manufacturing, automotive, education and healthcare. For a buyer, though, it creates three gaps that the vendors above fill on paper:
- No number to compare. Without a published price, you cannot shortlist on cost before a sales call. Ask DoubleTick for a written quote covering the plan, extra agents, extra numbers and the per-category message price, so you can put it in the table above.
- No hands-on test. Agents often decide whether a tool works. WATI, respond.io and Zoko give 7 days; Pabbly Chatflow and AiSensy have free plans; Gallabox offers free sign-up with AI credits.
- Unknown message markup. DoubleTick's FAQ points to a country-wise cost list rather than stating a markup. Most of the vendors above list India prices, so you can work out the gap to Meta's rates yourself.
What DoubleTick does that most alternatives do not
Be fair to the tool you are leaving. Three things on DoubleTick's own site are hard to match on this list:
- Native Android and iOS apps. DoubleTick says it "offers a dedicated app for Android and iOS". We did not find native iOS apps stated on the other vendors' pricing pages. Broadchat has no iOS app: its Android app is in closed testing with a direct APK download, and iPhone users add the web panel to the home screen.
- Hundreds of numbers in one account. Its homepage says you "can add 500+ WhatsApp Business numbers to a single DoubleTick account". Pabbly Chatflow Pro (unlimited numbers) and Broadchat (several channels per account) come closest among the published options.
- Account management by tier. Pro plans get a shared account manager and Enterprise a dedicated one, with invoice billing on custom terms.
If native iOS apps for 50 field sales staff are non-negotiable, get DoubleTick's quote and use this page as your benchmark rather than switching.
A worked example: a Ludhiana distributor with three numbers
Meera runs a tractor-parts distributor in Ludhiana with three WhatsApp numbers (sales, service and spares) and 12 agents, most of whom reply from their phones at dealer visits. Here is what the published price lists say about 12 agents, before GST and Meta's charges:
| Platform | Plan for 12 agents | Platform cost per month | What about 3 numbers? |
|---|---|---|---|
| DoubleTick | Quote needed | Not stated | 500+ numbers per account (homepage) |
| Interakt | Growth, unlimited agents | ₹2,799 | Not stated on the pricing page |
| Pabbly Chatflow | Standard, unlimited team members | ₹1,499 | 10 numbers included |
| Getgabs | Pro, 30 agents | ₹4,499 | Not stated |
| Gallabox | Essential (6) + 6 extra users | ₹6,999 + ₹7,200 = ₹14,199, billed quarterly | Not stated |
| WATI | Pro (5) + 7 extra users | ₹5,799 + ₹9,093 = ₹14,892, billed quarterly | Not stated |
| respond.io | Starter (5) + 7 extra users | US$79 + US$84 = US$163 | Not stated |
| Zoko | Elite (10) + 2 extra agents | US$139.99 + US$24 = US$163.99 | Not stated |
Two lessons. Flat-price tools (Interakt, Pabbly Chatflow, Getgabs) win on seats, while per-seat tools cost five to ten times more at 12 agents. And extra-number pricing is the hidden line on almost every page: ask each vendor in writing before you decide. These are illustrative calculations from list prices; negotiated prices may differ.
Many numbers do not mean a higher sending limit
A common reason to run several numbers is to send more broadcasts. That no longer works the way it used to. Since Oct 2025 Meta sets the messaging limit per business portfolio, shared by every number in it, so adding a fourth number does not add a fourth allowance. Each number still has its own quality rating, and a low rating on one number can hold the portfolio back. See how messaging limits and quality ratings work.
Run separate numbers for separate jobs (sales, service, spares) so that customers know where to write and agents see only their queue. In Broadchat, that means one channel per number, each with its own wallet, and chats assigned by department. In any tool, check that assignment rules work across numbers before you buy.
How to choose a DoubleTick alternative
| Your priority | Shortlist | Question to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Test before paying | WATI, respond.io, Zoko, Pabbly Chatflow, AiSensy | Are broadcasts allowed during the trial? (respond.io excludes them) |
| Lowest cost for 10+ agents | Interakt, Pabbly Chatflow, Getgabs | Which roles count as agents? |
| Many numbers in one inbox | Pabbly Chatflow, Broadchat | Price per extra number, and per-number wallets or one balance? |
| Phone-first agents | DoubleTick; check each vendor's apps page | Native iOS app, Android app, or a mobile web panel? |
| AI sales agents | Gallabox, Interakt AI Agents add-on | Is AI usage credit-based? What happens when credits run out? |
| Shopify store | Zoko, QuickReply.ai | Cart recovery and catalog sync on which plan? |
| You are an agency | Broadchat, AiSensy, Getgabs, QuickReply.ai | Do you own the client billing and the domain? |
Referral commission or white-label: the agency choice
DoubleTick's channel partner page offers "a recurring share on every customer you refer, for a multi-year period", with exact terms shared in the partner agreement. In that model DoubleTick owns the customer and the billing. If you would rather own the client relationship, compare white-label options: Broadchat (your brand, domain, plans, markups and payment gateway; sub-agencies on the Enterprise tier), AiSensy (custom domain, logo and pricing), Getgabs (reseller panel at 25-75% off) and QuickReply.ai (tiered programme with minimum monthly billing). Read Broadchat vs DoubleTick, the white-label programme and WhatsApp API reseller pricing and margins.
If you still book the DoubleTick demo: seven questions to ask
A demo is the only way to get DoubleTick's price, so make it count. Send these questions in advance and ask for the answers in writing, so you can line them up against the published prices above:
- What is the monthly price of Starter, Pro and Enterprise for our number of agents, and is it billed monthly, quarterly or yearly?
- How much is each extra agent, and is there a minimum number of seats?
- How are extra WhatsApp numbers priced, and do all numbers share one wallet or have separate balances?
- What is your India price per delivered marketing, utility and authentication message, and how does it compare with Meta's current rate card?
- How are AI agent credits counted, what does a top-up cost, and do unused credits expire? (Its FAQ says topped-up credits never expire.)
- Which features need Pro or Enterprise: account manager, API access, CRM sync, custom roles?
- What are the notice period and exit terms, and how do we export contacts and chat history if we leave?
If the written answers come back competitive, DoubleTick's mobile apps and multi-number design may well make it the right choice. If they do not, you have a like-for-like quote to take to the vendors on this page.
Before you switch
- Export contacts, tags and chat notes from every number.
- Your numbers belong to your Meta business portfolio, and approved templates stay with your WhatsApp Business account; the steps are in how to move a WhatsApp number to a new provider.
- Move one number first, usually the lowest-volume one, and run it for a week.
- Install the new tool on two agents' phones and check notifications before you move the rest of the team.
- For the basics of how accounts and numbers are structured, see what the WhatsApp Business API is.

How much does DoubleTick cost?
DoubleTick's pricing page lists Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans but did not show prices on 1 Nov 2026; you get a price after a demo. Ask for a written quote covering the plan, extra agents, extra numbers and the India price of each Meta message category, then compare it with the table on this page.
Which DoubleTick alternative has a mobile app?
DoubleTick's native Android and iOS apps are one of its strengths, and we did not find native iOS apps stated on the other vendors' pricing pages. Broadchat's Android app is in closed testing with a direct APK download; iPhone users use the web panel from the home screen.
Which DoubleTick alternative is cheapest for a large team?
On list prices, flat-price plans are cheapest for many agents: Pabbly Chatflow Standard (₹1,499 a month, unlimited team members), Interakt Growth (₹2,799, unlimited agents) and Getgabs Pro (₹4,499, 30 agents). Add Meta's message charges and any AI add-ons before deciding.
Can I use several WhatsApp numbers in one inbox without DoubleTick?
Yes. Pabbly Chatflow includes 10 numbers on Standard and unlimited on Pro, and Broadchat connects several numbers per account, each with its own wallet and department routing. Remember that Meta's messaging limit is shared by all numbers in your business portfolio.
Does DoubleTick mark up WhatsApp message charges?
DoubleTick's pricing FAQ points to a country-wise conversation cost list and does not state a markup. Getgabs and Pabbly Chatflow state 0% markup, Zoko and respond.io have Meta's fees billed separately, and Interakt states no markup on its Enterprise plan.
Is DoubleTick's partner programme white-label?
Its channel partner page describes a recurring share on customers you refer for a multi-year period, with terms shared in the partner agreement; it does not describe a white-label panel. Broadchat, AiSensy, Getgabs and QuickReply.ai describe white-label or reseller programmes.
