Which wallet pays for what
- Main wallet: pays for your plan and add-ons.
- Conversation (WhatsApp) wallet: pays WhatsApp messaging charges per channel, at the rates shown in your panel. Messages are not sent when this balance is too low.
Steps
- Open the recharge page from Workspace → Billing (Recharge Wallet) or from a channel's menu (Recharge Conversation Wallet).
- Choose the Recharge Type: Plan Charges or Wallet for the main wallet, WA Charges for messaging.
- Fill in the billing details (name, email and phone are required; add your GST number and company name if you need them on the invoice).
- Enter the amount and, if you have one, a coupon code.
- Pick a payment method. Depending on your provider this can be UPI, Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking), card payment or a manual bank transfer with a payment proof upload.
- Review taxes and gateway charges and click Proceed with Payment.
After paying
- Online payments are credited automatically. Manual bank transfers are credited after your provider approves the proof.
- See every deposit and deduction in Workspace → Wallet & Transactions.
- With several numbers, move messaging balance between channels in Channels → Manage Conversation Balance.
