Add team members

Steps

1. Open Workspace → Manage Team and click Invite Member.
2. Enter the member's Name, Email and a Password, choose a Role and optionally a Department.
3. Click Invite Member. Share the email and password with your colleague securely; they sign in on the same panel address as you and can change their password in Workspace → Account Settings.

Roles

• Tenant Admin: full access, including billing and team management.
• Manager: manages users and channels with limited settings.
• Agent: works in the inbox.
• Viewer: read-only access.

Need something in between? Create custom roles in Workspace → Roles & Permissions and choose exactly which areas (inbox, campaigns, templates, chatbots, billing and more) each role can see.
